My strengths as a GM

This is the counter part of the weaknesses article which precedes it and as you can see most of my strengths have concomitant weaknesses

These are the things I think I am good at

• I am good at improvising
• I am a practised and skilled story teller
• I am good at dealing with the unexpected it seldom throws me when my players do something unexpectedly well retarded.
• I am happy to allow the players to drive the plot  
• I am good at tailoring the rules to the situation  when the rules as written don't cover the situation
• I like to make sure my players all have fun and feel I am good at sharing the like light around a group
• I am very good with new players even if I will gently put them on the spot and try to draw them out 
•  I am a font of good ideas and plots for a game as well as creative additions
