Transmogyfie spell - inspired by may evil Neice - A work in progress

Spell level 12^th

Spell Name - Transmogify

Base SP Cost:

Components: VSM – the material component being a pile of cat fur & some claw clippings

Casting Time: - 20 seconds but the save takes place after ten seconds the remainder of the duration is to allow the caster to manipulate the appearance of the final cat, the spells victim may still be rescued by dispelling the magic at this point but not by just disrupting the casting.

Range: - 30’ and in line of sight

Volume/Area of Effect: - one target human or demihuman medium or smaller

Duration: - Permanent

Saving Throw: - Negates, but it always causes some minor changes 

Additional spell

Point schedule: - each additional twenty points pumped into the spell makes the saving throw difficulty +1 harder, additionally spell points may be spent to adjust the appearance of the cat the target is turned into as this is normally random each +/-1 on the table costs 20 spell points.

Effect

This spell turns one victim into a house cat of random appearence but of the origional gender
