1. Twelve copper pieces worth of mixed trade coins stolen by Quirrel from the refugees living in the house 
2. An expensive looking scroll case - taken by Siskin but not investigated 
3. An expensive leather box satchel  the length of the strap seems to indicate it belonged to a halfling or gnome.
4. A large unidentified silver coin - taken by Siskin
5. A small half full leather bound book with a clasp, might be a  spell book? in an unfamiliar script, possibly some sort of code - taken Brianne
6. A Piece of fine folded vellum with writing on it found folded in a side pocket inside the satchel again possibly encoded and in an unfamiliar script
7. Two good linen under tunics and a pair of braes to fit a child or a halfling or a gnome
